They just had a segment with Herm Edwards on ESPN where he said he thinks Cam will impress in interviews with teams. He says he has met personally with Cam and Cam has a great presence.

That kind of presence is an important intangible as well, translates to the huddle.

Herm should stick to coaching DB's. He isn't much of a trustworthy commentator.

Have you ever heard him call a college football game? It's brutal man.

Still though, it's not like Herm is the first person to say this about Cam. It seems that everybody who meets him face to face, ends up being impressed by the kid.

    • What people fail to understand is Lance had a college career that lasted about as long as teenage boys first intercourse.  To say he was raw was an understatement.  So much so that even a QB whisperer had a difficult time molding him into a polished NFL product on top of multiple nagging injuries.  The dud is in his mid-twenties, finally healthy and little miles on the tread.  Low risk, high reward.  If he's available, it would be stupid not to kick the tires.  It took Darnold and Mayfield to hit their 3rd or 4th team for things to finally click.  This is Lance's 3rd stop, I believe.  It's either time for it to click for him or be relegated to a full time backup. Roll the dice....
    • Wrong.  At least we put a QB sneak in the play book and and add plays over 20 yards.
    • I don’t know if people realize that Evan’s was one of the top TE prospects in college  before having some horrible injuries. I wanna say he had two major injuries in back to back seasons which limited his play and dropped his draft stock.
