So where can I find out tailgating parking spots for the season?

Recommended Posts

It’s been a minute since my divorce from the Panthers game day experience and I used to park my tailgate trailer at W Hill St but parking panda doesn’t exist anymore.

anyone know how to find tailgating spots for the season where you can set up a tailgate trailer

Parking Panda is now Spot Hero

There's also ParkWhiz

There's a big lot on W Morehead I walk past that could accommodate a tailgating trailer, but my needs are small so I never use it, plus I like to park a bit further out so I didn't get stuck in egress traffic

There's a big lot on West Morehead across from the Carolina School Supply Building that should have room. Up to this point it's been first come first serve on gameday and didn't allow online booking but not sure if that's changed. We stopped parking there a couple of years ago since it's kinda hard to get out of after the game and it went up to $50

I parked in this lot a few times. It would take over and hour to get out of that lot after games. Never again

Go park in the lot beside the practice bubble.  It's close and can cut the back way to the stadium on the sidewalk by the bubble.  Like a 3 minute walk. Better be there before 9 am btw.

It's easy to get out of because there are cops everywhere moving traffic.

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
