Missed the final 8min but seeing the team up by 32 at one point helped me cope. My favorite comments on the Hornets subreddit following the win last night:

Kinda sad that this is their greatest accomplishment; yet I was happy for them and the organization.  Hopefully the injury bug stays away this season.

Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.  
 

Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!
