100% vs 90% isn't a massive difference or disadvantage. 2 million won't make or break a team

New Orleans Saints and QB Tyler Shough reached agreement today on a fully-guaranteed $10.795 contract, per

Tyler was not the linchpin about others signing, but he was the last player to get a fully guarantee at 40th overall. 

Still 36(?) browns RB remains unsigned, he got arrested and it looks bad.....

 

Plus this didn't last into the TC, I thought it could easily. Like 50/50 it would.
