Hes crying because that's probably a career ender if somthing is torn it will be his 3rd ACL tear, (first was high school)

He's also torn his MCL.

His Biceps.

And his meniscus (High school)

That sucks. I hate injuries whether a guy is good or not or even on our team. Injuries just suck.

People saying Legette needs a chance to develop is weird. He was a 5th year senior, played multiple sports in HS and is in his second year. Very athletic and arguably a better baseball player but he is just not a great receiver. I do not think he just needs more time.

You used the reason of the two of them being out on the final drive why Bryce struggled.

My point was they both were in for the entire first half and Bryce still looked like poo.

Bryce has two bad mistakes early but settled down after that and had us within a touchdown of winning the game after a twenty point deficit. Trying to explain that away is silly.

Is he "the guy"? I'm not convinced of that, but I'm gonna look at it objectively rather than hyperbolically.

Compare Campbells and Browns salaries. 24 million vs 2 million. We need him to be a Jalen Carter/ Chris Jones player consistently. I've hardly noticed him so far in the two games.

You're not supposed to...kinda like with O-linemen

Especially on the oline. You have to invest consistently. Teams almost need a couple extra spots to roster just because of the frequency of injuries now.

He is making way too many stupid decisions 3 years in. I highly doubt he will be a starting QB much longer.

I am looking at it objectively. Its was already 27-3 by the time the Panthers touched the ball in the second half.

Bryce didn’t “settle down”. The entire Cardinals team did allowing Bryce to chip away at a basic prevent defense. Teams rarely even play that soft in the preseason.

Barring injury, I expect him to be one through the end of this season because who else do we have?

Beyond that, don't know.

If I had to wager, I'd probably bet against it, but ya never know

My thoughts:

- Bryce cannot elevate the offense at all, back breaking turnovers are the norm with him. Backup material written all over him.
- TMac is a revelation and we deserve it quite frankly. Got lucky he fell to us in the draft a little bit.
- Running game is just a zero and it’s killing our plan.
- Canales is looking lost out there, I don’t know what he does well. He’s terrible at managing tricky situations.
- Loved seeing the rookies pop a little bit this game on defense. They need to keep growing.
- Defense played alright? Kyler is a fricken dumbass though with that pick.
- Worst Linebacker group I’ve ever seen in Charlotte I think. Tight ends will kill us all year if Rozeboom AND Wallace both stink in coverage.

I’m tired of watching the Panthers play better when it’s garbage time.

Yeah I expect him to finish this season after this season I highly doubt he will be starting, I don't think he's terrible and could see him having a solid career as a backup though.

Every quarterback who gets hailed for 4th quarter comebacks does so because their team was losing.

We came within a drive of just such a moment today.

Maybe his supporting staff is ass because of the QB.

Works both ways.

He limits the playbook. Which limits the calls and the game planning. It is a handicap for the offensive staff.

Anyone says he doesn’t isn’t being real.

Hes a backup. Thats the only thing he's proven. Thats what the Panthers traded the farm for. If you accept that then you will understand that the Panthers have no chance of winning anything. They still need a No.1 qb and are making the best of a bad situation of their own making. The best you can hope for is that the games are at least entertaining while they lose, and they are going to lose, a lot.

    • Jalon Walker not looking like a bust? That can't be right.
    • To be fair. Our GM is the assistent of the worst GM in NFL history.  We pay trillions of dollars on the Oline and cant pass protect or run.  We pay trllions of dollars on the D-dine and cant pass rush.  We cant draft. We are a bad team. With a bad owner and really bad management.
    • Stud: WR Tetairoa McMillan In the midst of all the incompetence and mediocrity, there's one shining hope for the future of this franchise. Rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan led the team with six catches and 100 receiving yards. He also had an extremely impressive one-handed catch wiped out becaue he couldn't quite stay in-bounds. McMillan is a bit slower, but there are flashes of some Julio Jones in his game. His route running and YAC ability are both far better than they were advertised coming out of the draft.   Or, you know, exactly what anyone who watched enough of his tape would have known.   Honestly, our Arizona board could never understand this knock on him in the pre-draft process, because we all knew it wasn't true.  And sure, we're fans who watched all his games, but you'd think the experts who supposedly watch all the snaps of these type of prospects would have been seeing it too, it was glaringly obvious to us. Seriously, how many times did I say here that he could run every route needed?  How many times did I talk about his surprisingly good run after catch ability for someone his size?  How he wasn't a burner, but he was amazingly smooth for a 6'5" WR? As I've said, only 2 players from Arizona, both football and basketball, have I ever felt they were 1 million percent can't miss stars in the pros.  T-Mac and Gronkowski, that's it.  One is the greatest TE in NFL history, the other is about to take Smitty's mantle as the Panthers WR GOAT when all is said and done.
