THIS is exactly why you take advantage of a game like that and open up the playbook to try and get your QB some confidence.

As this now makes 4 straight games to open the season where Bryce and the offense have looked like utter dog poo outside of the one half where the Cardinals decided to just stop playing any defense.

Bryce isn’t an NFL caliber QB. He’s too short and physically limited. We see it time and time again. He has a weak arm. He misses checkdowns because he can’t see over the line. It’s just so frustrating to keep watching. Unless the Panthers had the best most elite defense in the NFL, Bryce will never lead this team to more than 4 wins a season.

Agree and I've said all this a million times, but all of it is also beyond the point now.

He's unfortunately our QB, you can't turn down opportunities like last week to let him play loose with an open playbook and hope it can help him gain confidence.

Yet another DC failure, only this one came in a 30 point shutout win.

But now the question remains if we’ve seen enough out of Canales to let him draft a QB or start over again. To me it doesn’t even matter, as long as David Tepper’s poor leadership permeates down from the top, it won’t matter who is on the roster. They will be losers until he’s gone.

Now you send a late pick for Winston, Howell or some other JAG and see what he can do with some semblance of an NFL QB.

He CAN’T open it up. The offense we see every game is everything he’s capable of. It’s year 3 for god sakes.
