Canes vs Sabres 7pm

Recommended Posts

Svechnikov getting going is good for the team. 6 pts in his last 6 games. Also allows the best first line combination that the Canes have.

Allows Jarvis and Aho to play more naturally and Svechnikov can play physical along the boards and for puck retrieval.

Should increase Jarvis and Aho 's scoring once the line gets fully going.

Ehlers works on the second line with his speed and ability to enter the zone with the puck which should help Blake and Stankoven score more.

    • I think in the modern NFL you need a QB to produce to be successful but I have always grouped yards on the air and ground (and I do this for Bryce too) into how a QB can contribute. As long as your QB is able to move the ball and get first downs the offense will end up successful generally. Fwiw, Bryce seems to be getting more comfortable scrambling lately which is good. Obviously a delicate balance as we don't want him bailing too early but I think that's only happened once I could see (without looking at all-22) so I'm pretty happy there. I just want consistency, heh.
    • I’m not sure the bend don’t break doesn’t hold the points totals in check, at least.  And normally we are not a quick strike threat nor a big threat to break 30. LA we had a pick 6 for example.  We had a 3 game stretch where I don’t think we even scored 40 cumulative points. And were 2-1. Bills Jets Packers. I think.  If I got that right, I also think it is the only time we won 2 straight. Lol.
    • I would think it is. Devastating. Torn apart main muscle….  I am not trying to be inflexible or to put him at an elevated risk just wondering where the medical boundaries are compared to 5 or 10 years ago. If they have changed.  Generally you need to protect the player from himself.
