I mea. I looked online for something that sounded right a couple weeks back. 30 years and I still remember them. 

Sauces are the easiest part. The chicken and the perfect batter are the things that will make an excellent product.

Korean fried chicken is the king tier of all fried chicken. Hence my goal to create something unique in that realm.
