That’s exactly how it went down for me. I’ve had a few concussions, but I ended up vomiting like 45 minutes after. 

I was playing backyard football, got trucked, and slammed the back of my head on frozen turf. I was out of it for a bit, took a small nap on the sidelines, drove home, puked in the yard, then slept the rest of the day.

Ended up being a grade 3 concussion, but no concerns of a fracture or anything like that.
