Your combine - bench press

Off cycle - I do 3 sets of 8 @ 225.

On cycle - I do 3 sets of 6 @ 275.

Not a big fan of bench though. If I'm trying to tear and build chest muscle I much prefer to do any variation of a dumbell fly. You can feel your chest getting torn apart on the very first rep with flys. I love it.

Most I ever maxed in college on bench was 450 lbs. not sure what that would translate into with 225 reps. I used to do sets of 10 with 225 - 275 lbs.

Squat max was 565

Incline bench max was 325

Power clean max was 315

Today, my max would be about 8 lbs on all those lifts.
