Character Issues

I'd also go with the flip-side: The Model Citzen- this guy doesn't get into to trouble, doesn't run his mouth. Example: D-Will, J-Stew, Beason (excluding incident with that douche)

That incident is pretty funny to think about because Beason was most likely in the wrong but nobody cared enough to defend the douche. lol.

I'd put Smitty in the jerk category, but certainly not the diva or headcase...

Ben Ruthlessbanger? "Not only does he have no regard for the laws, but he has little issue with harming others." Yea I'd say that fits.

Ray Lewis, in my opinion, would fit into the criminal category but the type that apparently cleaned it up after one incident.

What category does the "someone accused me of doing coke so I broke his face" guy fit in?

The "Good guy who did a dumb thing" category.

Need more than just a single incident before I'd put him anywhere higher than that.

I'm mad at you that you used TO as an example.

Would have put him in the "Locker Room Cancer" group, but I'd say "accidentally" taking 35 sleeping pills moves you into "Head Case" territory.

The "Dumb Move" category.

Need more than just a single incident before I'd put him anywhere higher than that, though.

I feel dude had it coming. I guess the point I'm trying to make is more along the lines of people shouldn't judge college kids for doing dumb college kid things. Doing coke? Big deal. Cheating on a test? Not the first student athlete to do it I'm sure.

Beason broke a guys face and Smitty broke a TEAMMATES face TWICE. I'm more concerned with the guys that won't be professionals when drafted and put the work in. If the team thinks a Newton, Gabbert, or Fairley can honestly work on their craft every day to get better, than all that other poo falls by the wayside IMO.

Some guys don't put their "youthful indiscretions" behind them when they get older.

That's what you have to figure out when you're drafting a guy. Will he grow up, or just get older?

    • Carolina Way is gone, it went out the window with the Belichick hiring. They'll hire the best coach they can, ignoring everything else if possible.    Athletic reports that the school's top two targets are Tommy Lloyd and Billy Donovan. They don't care the buyout for a coach either, they and the boosters are willing to spend and will be going outside of the coaching family tree 100%.
    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
