Phew, I know we were all waiting with bated breath for this one, thank goodness it's a done deal.

Might need a slot corner, and might be able to upgrade FS, but it's nice to know that the secondary's basically fine.

IIRC, he had to come in a few times last year. Definitely not someone you want on the field at CB.

26-year-old Evans mixes in sporadically on defense, but is primarily a core special teamer. Signing at this stage of the offseason suggests the Panthers like him enough that his 53-man roster spot should be secure heading into training camp.
