I guess working on hands does work?

I can only answer the question based on my experience---yes, there are drills that improve your concentration and hand placement, but by the time you are 30...., but more than that, the timing of the QB and the kind of ball he throws made the biggest difference for me.  I liked the rocket launchers better than the grenade tossers--but to each his own.  I wonder if Brees threw a ball that was easier for him to catch?   It is an interesting question.

I don’t think Cam threw the easiest ball to catch, I mean he was a finger breaker. Heat. All the time.

A lot of Ginn’s mishandled balls were way downfield though where that should be less of an issue.

Cam had trouble with touch, especially on the shorter throws. I remember watching him, especially on screens, thinking damn that had to hurt when it hit receivers in the fingers.

I feel sure guys had gnarled fingers off of his throws. Fastball. Whether it was 8 yards, or 50. And Cam could throw a real fastball.

I was surprised there weren't a few more with jammed or broken fingers. I know they say catch it with your hands, but with Cam, a body catch might have been the safer bet, at least for the fingers.

It was always one setting, smoke. Until he got hurt.  And watching him try to take something off on a flair or outlet or screen pass, you never knew where it was gonna go. Over the head, at the feet…

He had few flaws but that was a big one.

The WR debate is pretty similar to the WR debate from last offseason, and it paid off not resting on our laurels.

i think Jalen Coker is much better (prior to catching the ball anyways, he can be dumb with the ball in his hands) than the Solid Number 3 a lot of media types have labeled him as.

but all it’s going to take is Concepcion housing one 1 time to see what the room has been missing

if “good enough” seems good enough to you, then remember that the Rams have Nacua and Adams and were still trying to trade for AJ Brown. You build your team to win your division first and the conference after that.

Good enough doesnt only apply to one position group.

Right but when that position is the talent rich position group available for you to draft, it escalates in priority.

maybe they ultimately love Peter Woods or something but the thought process behind another WR is logical and a good move.
