I’d be happy with any

K. McDonald> Thieneman> McNeil-Warren> Sadiq> Iheanachor

I definitely want a DT as versatile as McD. (Trade back) I am not into McNeil-Warren because I (for some reason) see him as a run stuffer more than a center fielder.  Not interested in Sadiq because I think a TE in round 1 is a waste of a first rounder, and I lke Iheanachor, but not round 1.  I think it might be WR or OT--

Excited to see who we pick! I have a bad feeling that if we don’t draft best OT available with our first pick we may regret it as soon as this season. We desperately need depth immediately, possibly even a starter depending how Moton looks at this point in his career and whether he keeps clean from injury, and our other starter I am concerned that nobody seemed to want all that much. And we almost certainly will need at least one new starter next year and OTs typically have some growing pains the first year at least if not 2 years, so now is really the time to draft one for next year....

OT isn't a sexy pick but as long as Dipper wants to keep fellating Bryce we need an OT to keep him upright or another WR target....we'll just keep bitching about the defense.

I couldn’t give a pass on a WR but I’d have to give a pass on OT. Just file under poo happens, we have to cover that position. It isn’t quite the luxury many want to portray it as. IMO. Just bad timing.

I guess 5 straight years with no defensive 1st round pick made.  All to have 180 yards a game passing.

The best argument for drafting an OT is this:  Ickey was not that great--he was average at best and that means he is likely to be below average for at least a while.  Ickey needs to be moved to G.  Walker is average at best--and Moton is old and on a bad wheel.

I do not think they will draft a T, but I definitely see it.  I think Morgan thinks, "I have 2 starters now.  depth later in the draft."  With so many needs (Nickel, S, DE/DT, ILB, TE, Z WR, C, etc) we can only expect to fill 2 starting spots in the draft--maybe 3-- tops.  So i

f you draft a guy who might not play much in the first, you are really looking at 1-2 starters.

Where do we need starters?  ILB, DT/DE, S, and arguably WR.

Despite all this, I would totally understand OT in the first round due to the long term prognosis and the possible short term need.

It’s a ridiculous movie, but incredibly entertaining. It does a great job capturing the inner dynamics of an organization—the owner chasing a splashy move, coaches pushing for their guys, and the GM stuck in the middle, balancing all those pressures while still having to make the right call for the team.

Yeah, also watching Diddy say "I need you inside right now!" Hits different.

I fully expect Iheanachor to go first round.

I agree that McNeil-Warren may translate to SS in the pros. But he did play in a 2 high def.

as far as Sadiq goes. Not my top choice. But I wouldn’t be angry about it. He’s different than any TE on our roster and if the offense gets creative he can be a versatile weapon.

I am not sure there is a position, including QB, where losing a starter leads to the kind of drop off we would see at either T position. Maybe If Mr Brown went down, or Lloyd.
