24-hour CBA extension confirmed

Mort says if there is an extension it will be about 24 hours but he is going on what he is hearing. The Union may go ahead and still decertify. It does mean FA doesn't start tomorrow.

Beats nothing. George Wilson Safety for Buffalo was on a little while ago. He said the new offer had 'Stuff we hadn't seen offered before'. Seems the owners are moving more toward Center, will the players?

seeing as how it's only 24 hours, i would anticipate it all getting ironed out within that time frame.

NFLN waiting on the parties to come out and address the media. Seems there is a podium set up outside the building so we will see.

I personally see it as a good sign. Something significant happened that the NFLPA would agree to an extension. I think the owners backed down on some things I am hoping the Players meet them half way and we can get this done.

This could go on the for the next couple of days. But it seems the players want some stuff worked on before they sign off.
