Nelson imposing forced mediation

Im just hoping for the rookie pay scale. It would make it much safer to take a chance on a QB. Or anyone else @1 for that matter.

I agree completely. It would suck to be the last team shackled with one of those $50 million + guaranteed contracts.

Really hopeful she can get something done.

Back to DC and meetings with Cohen.

He will probably have to report to the judge on progress

No way. He has no power and neither side got poo done when they were with him. She is sick of the BS and is going to put an end to it one way or the other.

I guarantee when this is over both sides will have sore butts.

unsurprisingly highlandfire does not, in fact, understand what mediation is and thinks it's forced arbitration.

That is where it is headed AND it is FACT if she is leading the mediation she has full power to make decisions.

Now I have to ask, where is your law degree from again?

you don't need a law degree to take the fifteen seconds on google necessary to know what you're talking about.

the judge will not be in the mediation, the mediator will be court appointed. she will have no power to make decisions once it begins, only to set the parameters, like they have to be in the same room for 12 hours a day, the owners can't walk out again, etc.

the mediator will have no power to force anyone to do anything unless they break the parameters, whatever that may be. at that point it would go into forced arbitration like in baseball.

your brand of hysterical, ignorant posting is pitiful.
