I kept seeing people say the "black wedding" (Sansa and Ramsey last night) was worse than the "red wedding".

I understand rape is awful. But how can you compare it to the brutal murder of a lady, her son, her son's wife, and their unborn baby? Doesn't even seem close to me in brutality. Like not even in the same realm.

 

It's not. It was a bunch of femnazis on Twitter last night in an uproar.

Except for the Dorne part, I liked last night's episode.  Dornish segment just seemed rushed.  Hopefully it picks up if the focus on Doran increases.  

 

It will be interesting to find out what happened to Mace, and to see if the Tyrell Army now shows up at the gates of Kings Landing.

The Dorne story line is a train wreck, but honestly in the books its boring AF and Jamie is off fugassing around so meh its a wash.

 

The more I think about Reek and Sansa the more I realize what they are doing makes sense, its just fuging awful to see.  Sansa is most irrelevant in the story currently and the events put her in a place of relevance, she'll end this likely in control of the North and all its resources. That is definitely a "thing".

Jenn Poole got it worse no?

This season is still better than whatever else is on tv.

I'm not hyper critically like some on this board and have enjoyed this season as much as any other previous season.

I understand they need to go slow at points to tell an overall better story. The showrunners have been absolutely amazing with the show for 4 straight seasons so they will continue to get the benefit of the doubt from me.

It's going to be hard to get people really into dorne when we as purely show viewers were only introduced to the concept of dorne last season. There are still 4 episodes left and I know I'll enjoy every single one of them

jeez people really hated that episode and haven't been fans of this season. I've loved it. 

 

Lot of fans have unrealistic expectations at this point 

 

It's just whiny book readers, or casual TV fans who want a war, tits, and shocking murders in every episode. Ignore them all and enjoy a wonderful show.

Ok. I forgot about rickon and shaggy, but hasnt everyone? And jon hasnt seen ghost in a long while. Him and nymeria are the unaccounted for. At least as the show goes. Maybe theyll be seen soon.

I'm a book reader, and I've loved this season so far! Yes there have been slow episodes, but they haven't been bad or terrible episodes. The people who missed the first couple of seasons, and only tuned in after the Red Wedding hype are the ones I see complaining on FB and other places about the show.

      When Twitter first changed to X I was able to get it to embed with various tricks. When those stopped working, I stopped trying and don't really blame anyone now for posting links and not embedding.  I'm not going to download a new browser just to be able to embed on this forum.  Hopefully Igo was serious when he said he was going to fix it.
