You forgot 65....97 can't be traded because it's a compensatory and 98 is the first pick of the fourth essentially a late third rounder. The best we could do by value is get something in the 53-60 range .... I really hope Hurney not thinking of some brilliant plan to trade our first next year....

we'd either have to trade our first or give up our first next year to get a 2nd..we only have one 3rd round pick the other is compensatory..personally we do better in the 3rd so i prefer having the 2 3rd rounders over 1 2nd where we have been way more hit and miss.

I dont know how but we could get in. What could happen is we could take AJ first but i think its going to be Newton. But if they draft AJ green number 1. In the second round if they can get in it almost has to be a QB. It also could be vice versa.

HA! How about this for disaster scenario?

Rivera and Hurney trade next year's 1st for a high 2nd this year. Lockout continues, no football in 2011. Our first pick (and first overall) is now in the hand's of someone else... that someone would will eventually take Andrew Luck.

That is my doomsday scenario. Everything that could go wrong, does.
