I think we going to get big name WR in FA. Smith is gone and even if he stays, he's not #1 anymore. Cam needs more help. You don't draft QB #1 overall and give him limited weapons.

My hopes and dreams in no particular order and one player from each position:

QB: Volek (I'd rather us trade a mid-late rounder for McNabb ideally)

WR: Floyd, Rice, Holmes, or Sims-Walker

DT: Mebane or Cofield

CB: Grimes or Wright

I'd like to add an interior lineman at guard, but don't know enough about them. As long as we stay young, which most of these guys are (sans Volek) it wouldn't hurt the direction we're going in. We freed up all of that money last year for a reason.

barry cofield is a possible target. A vet qb signing and the resigning of dwill, johnson and davis. The rest will be low tiered guys. Dont see us getting nhamdi unfortunately.

I don't see what the devastation is with not getting Asomugha. Great player. Would love to have him. The CB class in this FA is DEEP. Very deep.

I don't see why people think we have a chance in hell at signing Nnamdi Asomugha. I think we took the first steps into building a great team for the future this weekend but Nnamdi wants to win now....not in five years....

right. I don't expect us to go after him and don't think we have to spend the cash. You want talented CBs, but with a good defensive scheme we will do well.

I dont see Asomugah as a target. I wouldn't mind if Rivera wanted to bring Cromartie in though. I also wouldn't be surprised if we just resign Marshall and stick with CBs we already have.

Either a current player or a rookie like Terrance Toliver for instance?
