If the raiders want smitty if they give us Jacobe Ford(smitty Jr.) and a 2nd rounder i would take it. Smitty is my favorite panther ever but If he wants to go he will seriously impede the progress of this team if forced to stay.

We might be lucky to get a 4th rounder for Steve Smith. A 3rd rounder would be a HUGE reach, but someone desparate like the Raiders might be willing to give that up.
