He was watching a Panthers game with me and asked "Are there any reach-in fouls in football?"

when i was living in Paris i found this american bar and i took my british buddy to watch his first game. it was some terrible preseason thing.

halfway through a game of being terribly bored he says "wait, that's John Madden? Whoa."

During a Chargers game I had an ex ask me where Tomlinson was on the field... while the defense was playing.

The cornerback/quarterback thing will get most of them too.

talking about women/wives. My wife has struggled with the field goal, PAT, and two point conversion for years.

She is a fan, goes to a lot of games and never misses a game on TV. She knew nothing about the game when we got married and really does get into it now. Knowledge is all the difference. Kinda like people that bash soccer typically do not understand.
