But Muscles Sore When I Woke Up

Hairless Cat

Recommended Posts

Not my rectum - and no this is not a joke. My but muscles - you know as in glutes. Ive heard that some people grind their teeth in their sleep, but when I woke up one time last night it felt like I'd been clenching my but muscles for a while because my ass was very sore. Any one ever experience anything like that?

Sure if I did a lot of walking, running, bending, working while sitting on my heals (I would say working on my knees but this board would never let that on go), and repeated stair climbing. Makes it hard to get vertical next morning...(now here's one phrase to play with). ;)

you probably just did something intensive with the glutes the days before. Just stretch it out, maybe you had some kind of scary dream that made you clench them a lot lol.

The maturity level of the huddle is quite low this thread could just turn into a bunch of elementary school kids giggling non stop.

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
