Even if they do believe Smitty is as good as gone, I don't see why he wouldn't be able to attend the workout. Haven't players from multiple teams worked out together already this offseason? I swear I thought that Sanchez' Cali workouts had a lot more than just Jets players there.

knowing how florio works (takes a piece of information that he's heard from somewhere, inserts it into his anus, jumps around a little and then pulls it back out and gets people to look at it), he was probably told that the players were going to be working out/practicing, but they didn't know if smith would participate. florio put it into his anti-smith spin machine and said he wasn't going to be invited.

Florio is a poo stirrer and has been wrong on numerous occasions. The only time I really check his website is an hour or so before kickoff so I can adjust my fantasy roster.
