I went to an outdoor wedding 2 weeks ago. It was out in the middle of BFE down a 2 mile one lane dirt road. I was wearing a pair of wedge sandals. Have you ever had to walk half a mile on a sandy black dirt road in wedge sandals? WTF man! I nearly broke my ankle and my legs & feet were covered in black dust, that was real attractive. IT was hot as a M-Effer & we had to stand in the sun. Then when we left a big storm was coming and we had to hurry back to the car. I ended up having to throw my shoes away they were so filthy. I was pissed but overall it was a nice wedding.

Now that I'm engaged I don't set my social calendar and just assumed the wedding was inside until this afternoon.

I got married on the beach in mid may. It was hot but we wore linen pants and white shirts and no shoes. Was mid morning and not bad at all.
