Wouldnt bet on winning the Superbowl. But NFC Chamionship would be a good bet.

just checked back on bodog and odds now 100 to 1. no line on NFC championship yet. Buffalo also at 100 to 1

what were the odds before the draft? just curious

the odds for the NFC Championship for the panthers was 50/1

The Panthers were the least favored to win the superbowl with the Cardinals at 80/1 (Bills next at 75/1)

Before the draft, they were 200/1 (1/24/11)

All odds are per the odds sheet from the MGM Casino as of 5/30/11

If you place the bet at 125-1 and it gets changed to 100-1 do you still keep the original 125-1 you had when you placed the bet?

Yea you keep what ever you get in at. As the season progresses the odds will change. Panthers could go 8-0 and the odds will become more favorable and it wouldn't be equitable for a person who wagered $10 at 100-1 to be dropped down with a guy who bet $10 when the odds were 30-1

    • Some people will shift the goal posts but he does still have to consistently help the team win, eventually. Not only help but be the reason. That's what franchise QB's do.
    • One of the Carolina Panthers' newest defenders thinks their pass rush can go from worst to first. ESPN's David Newton recently chatted with outside linebacker Pat Jones II, who signed with the Panthers as a free agent earlier this offseason. Jones comes over from an awfully impressive Minnesota Vikings defense—one that ranked first in takeaways (33), fourth in sacks (49) and second in QB pressure rate (44.4 percent) this past season. And despite a historically-bad campaign by Carolina's defense in 2024, the 26-year-old seems to believe his new unit can be similar—or even better—than his last. "I definitely think we could do something similar, if not better," Jones said, via Newton. "I've seen it before, so I know what it looks like. I look around the building and see we have exactly what it takes to do that." https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2025/05/24/panthers-pat-jones-vikings-espn/83840667007/?taid=683219b347846900018fa10a&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=twitter     It's the offseason.  Let hope spring eternal. (actually, I think we are much closer than this board thinks)
