What is there to do in Columbia, SC?

I will be visiting Columbia for two weeks this summer.

Is there anything interesting or fun to do in that area?

I plan to visit the planetarium. Besides the planetarium and the lake, I am out of ideas.

I had a good night last time I was down there for the mud run.. we only experienced the nightlife.. I don't know what you'll do there for 2 weeks though..
