If there was no rookie cap he would have made that much. Where he is at is about where I thought he would be with a rookie cap.

Cam will still make plenty. Not like he is not marketable. Sounds good to me, will help the Panthers free up some money for free agency and better for the Panthers than any other team considering they were looking at having to shell out more money than any team with the #1 pick this year.

Isn't it obvious? If bad players can't be guaranteed at least $50 million, playing in the NFL just isn't worth the time or effort.

It's not a troll. It's a serious question.

A rookie salary cap will do nothing to dissuade players like Jamarcus, whatever that means to you, from entering the league.

It will simply prevent poorly run teams from paying more for bad decisions at the top of the draft, a problem which is completely overblown to begin with.
