Maybe sticky this? I'm sure there will be a ton posted. Either way, the Observer has some good ones posted: http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2011/07/29/2489979/carolina-panthers-arrive-in-spartanburg.html

I had a question I hoped that some of you can answer for me, is the upper level of 500 safe for children ages 2 and above?

My wife and I would like to take the kids to a game and not break the bank by sitting in the lower sections.

We were looking at sections in the 500's but were concerned it would be too steep for our 2 and 3 year olds so I wanted to get your thoughts on the subject.

Thank you

I've sat up there before. It's kind of steep, but I wouldn't think it'd be dangerous for kids or anything as long as you watch them close and don't let them play around up there.

Then again, by the time I got UP the steps, I was so tired getting down them was the least of my worries

I remember being very surprised at how good a view we had from that level. Not a bad deal if you can score some low-price tickets.

Just don't sit next to me in my section, 529. I use the "F" bomb.... a lot. I'm also kind of a jerk to people in opposing jersies. Not kid safe.

Also, I took my son last year when he was 6 and I quickly found out that a football game is not the best place to bring a young kid.
