according to practice tweets he is working out with training staff on the sled and he is giving it hell. shouldn't be long now.

been giving that sled hell for about 2 weeks.. can't wait to see him, Norwood, and CJ out there wrecking havoc with McClain, Fua, and Irving..

Body abrasions on his side and didn't he show up to camp with a boot on? If he got serious road rash (likely), it definitely explains the long absence from live contact. Like BBNB said, lots of scabs that need good time to heal. The D-Line tryouts aren't finished until the coaches have a look at Hardy when he is 90%+. Hope that happens before pre-season 4.

Road rash takes a long time to heal. It can get infected pretty easily, since it's usually over a somewhat large area like down the arms. It's also pretty painful. My brother was out of work for almost a month and he's a truck driver. I can't imagine trying to play football with the road rash my bro had/has.

I don't know why any pro athlete gets on a motorcycle. That's a great way to cut a career short.

You're a young man in the game of life after retiring from a pro sport. Plenty of time then to do stupid stuff. During my playing years, I'd be super cautious with my body off the field. That's my money maker.

    • That’s not a bad idea at all. I was really liking the whole cali-style carne asada. We might do that next week instead of enchiladas for the rams. Was planning on: Saints-Gumbo Tampa-Cuban Sandwiches Seattle- Salmon Stew Tampa- Seafood Boil
    • I agree, honestly you can not trade a player that has Balls talent. Just sitting in street clothes FOR years, it doesn't matter if you are averaging 50points on 88% with 18 rebs, 15 asst, 4 stls if you never can play. These are the worst type of players, teasers. Its HIS JOB to get his body in NBA shape and he has proven that he can not. Thus you break the rule about trading top shelf talent. Hell NBA need to have NFL contracts where the full sum isn't guaranteed, you bet your ass if his money was tied to his playing on the court he'd somehow figure out how to stay healthy.   Plus Im a old head, I member when Seth Curry in his 17(Jesus..) year career had ankle problems and guess what, he solved the issues and got all the money, championships, and fame. Ball doesn't have the same drive to figure out his body, he'd rather drive his car on kids feet while rushing home to drive his go-cart on the roof of his condo after missing his 42nd game of the season.....
