Know a girl who worked at Sullivans, and I can vouch for this claim on MJ.

Heard he isn't a good tipper. The story I heard was he had a dinner event and left like $150 on a 5K check.

I waited on Jonathon Stewart like 2 years ago and he left me $1 on a $20 check. meh.

Ok nobody likes a cheap bastard but how much do u guys think a person should get for pouring drinks and picking up empty plates? Especially at a high end restaurant where the bill is 250 for steak u can get at Food Lion for 25 dollar if the marble looks great?

if you can't afford to tip properly, then maybe you should go to food lion.

If you can't afford to tip properly or are just too much of a cheap ass you shouldn't go out to eat. That's how these people live, they make 2.15 an hr otherwise. The restaurants are required by law to compensate up to minimum wage if their tips don't cover it in a night, but who can really live on minimum wage?

I usually tip good but I would prefer not to.

So we all demand societal change but we can't change this archaic waiter-tip thing, huh?

If you think that you should get paid more money, then maybe you should go into a career where you get a flat wage. Just because someone made up that tipping 20% bullpoo doesn't mean the world has to go by it. If I want to go eat somewhere I should be able to do it without having to go broke from paying for food, gas, and a waiter.

and that whole "you're hiring the waiter" thing is bullpoo. If it was up to me I'd just assume walk up to the window and get the food and drinks myself. But of course, that's never an option.

Actually just walking up to a window is an option. It is called FAST FOOD. Servers make 2.14 an HOUR. So if they have to deal with a non tipping cheapskate for an hour they are basically making less than minimum wage.

Also many seem to want to look down their noses at servers and tell them to get a "real" job = flat wage. BUT the fact is if you want good service you may want to pay for it. You get what you pay for and if you don't tip i would be careful not to go to the same restaurant too many times cause you will eventually be blacklisted and will not get good service. One drink no refills, no condiments unless you count the secret sauce, and basically being ignored.

    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
    • No We have been making excuses for him for 3 years, and we have gave him a hundred chances  Bryce is a bust, and we need to cut him now and stop wasting everyone's time
