Anybody else think we should have spent some $$$ on a #2 receiver?

With all the money being thrown around, no cash spent on a #2 really. While we have great RB's, I think we are lacking a #2 and it will hurt the team in many games this season.

You could bring Moose and Proehl both out of retirement right now and it would be a 100% improvement at the WR position.....and that is down right scary.

Because Gettis wasn't on IR when all that cash was being thrown around. And everyone knows he was being looked at as the number 2. But with the moves they made at TE and picking up Nannee, I say meh to this thread.

Evaluating the WR's by last game is pretty hard to do. Either their getting NO seperation or the chemistry just isnt there yet

yeah, Cam overthru him along the side lines.

Cam threw to Naanee a couple of times.

Once was way over along the sidelines, and the other was when Cam had the balled tipped and almost intercepted.

Naanee was double covered in the latter, so he probably was the entire night.
