Time to bargain hunt!!

just checked in on the eagles DL battle

at least one of Trevor Laws, Derek Landri or Anthony Hargrove will be cut. We all know about Landri but Laws may be the odd man out due to the fact that he's dealing with a minor injury right now, and Landri is impressing over there. Laws is a good interior pass rusher to have as depth, and it would be good to use his presence in a DT rotation since we face Brees, Ryan and Freeman twice a year each.

The question isn't if we can find a great CB that has been cut.

The question is if we can find a CB to upgrade our current unit.

Those two statements are worlds apart.

i'd settle for average at this point. just not sucking would be an upgrade, though. the bar is set pretty low.

best we can hope for is someone miscast and with a chip on their shoulder and all that crap.

I'd say VJ, M80, and Brown are safe - Crayton probably so. That leaves 1-2 spots between K. Washington, L. Robinson, Ajirotutu, Goodman, and Walters - Washington and Tutu are decent at ST, Goodman/Walters at KR

Just remember it would be followed by a poo load of cuts to make room for them.

i expect that to be followed by lots of whining around here as some of the more popular underdogs will be the ones that get cut.
