Eddie Royal on the trade block...

I wonder if all of this is to try and light a fire under Lloyd and Royal. Threaten them to deliver or be traded. At any rate they are being told they don't figure into the future if they are not catching the ball and contributing. Moreso to Royal than Lloyd.

They also have young WR's in Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas. It's probably Elway trying to get rid of the older vets so the young guys can get the experience and grow with The Golden Calf of Bristol if he is going to be their guy.

Sound familiar for Fox?

Suck for Luck in full retard mode. Elways wants his boy.

Read an article yesterday that mentions Luck is still a Redshirt Junior. So he doesn't have to come out next year. Also said he hates the idea of the Suck for Luck campaigns

I understand every player mentioned on the trade block will be discussed here...but Royal is a very intriguing wr. Awesome rookie year and when Orton stepped in really didn't throw to him much. Dont forget how legit of a pr he is and overall I think this would be a fantastic move if we could get a 5th at the highest for him. Still very young, very fast, and he would immediately be our number 2 until Gettis returns

Maybe just trade Clausen straight up

I'd trade for him if we didn't have such a backlog of young receivers, certainly over lloyd if i came down to it. He was in a smitty mold until his injuries piled up. Sadly we haven't seen a lot of reps from Kealoha or Armanti at WR so we can't really make a move unless we're talking about demoting our top 3. Even if Naanee deserves to get benched, it's probably not gonna happen. le sigh.

It seems like the Broncos are using John Fox to have another bad year and get the coach and talent they want next year.

    • The league would protect him.  The amount of poo Jerry Jones has had exposed and got away with?  The amount of poo Stephen Ross has got away with?  How long Dan Snyder got away with essentially fuging sex trafficking employees and poo???????  Taking down JR was a hit job.  You think the other 31 owners, especially the older ones aren’t blathering, blatant, ignorant ass, bigoted rich racists who have committed far worse things than Blue Jean Fridays?  The ones I named above have DEFINITELY did worse than what JR was accused of.  And do you think guys like Steve Smith would’ve been viewing him as a father figure if they felt that’s who he was?  JR pissed the league off with that last lockout situation and they made him pay.  They lined a new guy up to join their billionaire boys club in Tepper, and they prolly slid a pretty penny to Jonathan Jones to write the “expose,” to get JR out of here.  Again, all the owners I’ve listed above have been verified on record for doing worse poo, yet they’re still running their organizations, unquestioned.  They hand-picked Tepper long before JR was forced out, so he isn’t going anywhere.  Sadly.  fug the NFL.  (Also, to be clear, it’s always fug racism, bigotry, and sexual exploitation - not ever excusing it.  Just making the point that the NFL isn’t operating under this clear standard of justice applied to each and every case)
    • I was still in the throes of a contentious divorce and my job at the time had me work on Sundays.  At the beginning of the season I tried to still work around Sundays so I could see our games.  I think after Bryce came back from the benching, I said fug it.  First time in my life I intentionally didn’t watch our games, even through the Atlanta finale.  In the past, even if we didn’t live up to expectations, I would watch to still support and at least analyze player development, strengths and weaknesses, coaching, etc., but Bryce makes all of that a moot point, so I stopped watching. Again, this is asinine,  it if he is retained (still can’t believe this is even a possibility of a conversation due to how shitty our organization has become under Tepper), I will NOT watch next season until he is gone.
    • Live look at Bryce playing ping pong.
