McDonald's Cashier Delivers Justice

For some reason they're charging this man with a felony. Probably due to some retarded loop hole in our legal system. Too bad there aren't more people like this hero in our society. We might have a more civil discourse if we could clone a million of this guy.

UPDATE

A grand jury dismissed all charges Friday against a McDonald’s worker accused of beating two irate customers with a metal rod in a fight caught on videotape.

Quite a few years back gangs were coming up from LA and robbing stores at gunpoint in Santa Barbara. They walked into the wrong jewelry store one time and the owner blew them all away, he was also shot in the gun battle. Awesome, they deserved what they got. My buddy who worked at the Sheriffs dept at the time said they privately gave the store owner a marksmanship badge.

I think you have to stand your ground sometimes in life. We live in a society that for whatever reason focuses on the response instead of what instigated the problem. I firmly believe in cause and effect. It's obvious this guy wouldn't have beat these women with a medal object had they not have berated him or assaulted him or chased after him. There were plenty of opportunities for them to have this end peacefully.

'do something, pussy.'

Oh, he will.

Guy in the back: where my other burger!!...this shake ain't vanilla either

Yes and no. I think he took it a little too far with the weapon.

Felony charge will crush chances of getting a new job in this day and age.

No surprise, cause the system is a joke of a justice system.

I think the employee was right in standing up for himself however the fact that he used what could be considered a weapon like that probably does warrant excessive force. I would drop a felony charge though. The fact that the bitch jumped over the counter will probably make up for it.

EDIT: Ok he hit them repeatedly beyond defending himself. So ugh I don't know tough call.

Well once he got slapped and they jumped the counter, he had the right to defend himself....but....after he had cracked both their heads and it was over he should not have continued to try and bash their skulls in. Ref should have jumped in and stopped it lol.

Sad part is those 2 females will each get a big check from McDonalds when this is all said and done. Then McDonalds will outlaw metal brooms in their stores forcing the staff to sweep with nerf handles and we all know you cant sweep with a flimsy nerf handle so McDonalds store grade will drop below 90...and rat/cockroach problems from all the crumbs.

Based solely on my limited knowledge of the situation, I have no problem with what happened except for the fact that he got the object and came back looking for the women. Even then, he should have stopped once they quit advancing on him (i.e. were laying on the ground, not getting up).

    • Exactly He's played two seasons and started 28 games. He's well beyond the point of being able to point to 2 or 3 games and being able to say, "THAT is the QB he is and will be in the future" Of course he can get there, but anyone trying to use just those couple of games to rank his place amongst the games QB's today and their full career's worth of playing at that level, is just asinine. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Geno, Purdy, Baker, Love, Dak, Tua, Kyler, Lawrence That's 17 QB's right there that have played better over their careers than Bryce has played at his best.  And I'm not saying they're all studs or guys I'd want to be our QB moving forward, Tua for example I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but his body of work is a million times better than Bryce's has been. It's also not including any of the other QB's drafted in 2023/2024 other than Daniels. So again, say you believe in Bryce, say you think he's going to prove he can and should be our QB of the future, that's all fair and totally fine. But nobody can say he's been an above average QB in his career thus far, it's just an asinine notion.
    • I'd think we could get one of those from Dallas for... whatever.
