Well yeah but you could quit being a scared little girl just go more than 15 fuging feet from your house and make sure youre not under a tree!

I have a gas one...so I'm not chicken.

I have a pig cooker too where I'll be cooking a pig next week. Over hickory/coals. Haven't tried human....yet.

My family is all prefers white meat when it comes to turkey. Mom will get like 6 turkey breasts, she roasts 3 of them and my 2 brothers and I fry the other 3. When theyre all cooked to perfection we take the 3 from the roaster and drop them in the fryer for 5 minutes apiece, gives them that crispy that we all love...

My older brother is all about the brine, I prefer to inject and rub, my younger bro doesnt care so I usually do his... For a rub I usually mix some Adobo, GrillMates Porkrub, Chicago steak seasoning, sea salt and a blend of peppers...

There are indoor electric fryers now, and my Mom got me a dry fryer last Christmas. Dont know how it works, havent tried it, but theyre available. Oil-less frying, whodathunkit?

Absolutely make sure the bird is completely thawed, and learn how to use the fryer before you just drop the bird in. I have found to get the oil to about 350 then drop the turkey, and maintain about 300-325 to cook... 4 minutes per pound sounds about right, no?
