A Huddle History....

Zod

Recommended Posts

I was poster #1000 or so. I knew several people on the site already. We used to spam the charlotte observer board to build up membership and Zod had several thousand business cards printed up. We would hand them out before games and while in games...wherever.

There was a time that Zod toyed with selling shares of this website.

After someone hacked the site from France, he banned the entire country from being able to sign up.

Yes, players do read this website.

Zod got me into training/mini camp for several years got to interview all the players.

Oct 2003 USMC shares the link for the huddle with me. I join the huddle as PanterFan4Life. Computer crash and lost passwords and stuff and by the time I return to huddle name taken.

So I registered as T38. Dont remember what happened but 10 years later had to re register and choose T48. Wait now I remember George Seifert comes to Carolina. I never figured out why The Panthers would hire a coach that had a history of loosing to them. Nevertheless, thats my history here.

You registered in 2003 then re registered ten years later? Are you from the future?

    • If it’s all the same to you guys, I’d like to use this thread for Tuesday nights game as well to keep this hate going. I have a feeling Tuesday vs the panthers is going to be violent in that arena.    @LinvilleGorgecan you please add “and Tuesday” to the game thread?  They play the Panthers again Tuesday. Thank you sir!
    • Nobody on the huddle is saying we have an elite group offensively across the board. They aren't great. They're young. If you are expecting someone to agree with your position of blaming everyone around Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career you are going to be left holding the bag save for a handful of people who act like they are paid to defend his honor. Bryce Young is not a guy who has had to claw and fight his way into starting jobs in football. He's had the best to work with and been gifted roles since he was a teenager. The Panthers have one of the youngest rosters in the league and with us needing an infusion of young defensive talent in the upcoming draft we're only going to get younger. We need a QB who possesses the ability to elevate those around him. If you can't agree with me on that then there's nothing further to discuss.
    • All Bryce and the Panthers had to do was split with the Saints and a rookie QB. The bar was so low. They even had a whole bye week to prepare. The time for singing kumbaya was before that game. Anyone still talking about Bryce earning a second contract 43 games into his career is living a fantasy. He might get one from the Tepper owned Panthers but he's damn sure not earned it.
