I was afraid of that... there are 2 airports in Germany called Frankfurt (Frankfurt Hahn and Frankfurt am Main). Make sure whoever you're meeting goes to the right one.

I would assume Frankfurt am Main.

Good luck to you. Try not to laugh at the uniforms the customs guys wear.

And so it is...

Well I landed in Germany about 10:30 AM local time (3:30 AM for my ET peeps). Everything went about a smoothly as possible. Besides having to roam call my brother a couple of times to find him at the humungous Frankfurt Airport. Oh yeah, and the fact that I got about 1 hour of sleep on the overnight flight. Ugh.

Well anyways, I just woke up from a nap/coma, and waiting on Jon to follow suit. Apparently, we will be eating a fancy dinner, which would be awesome because I haven't ate in about 20 hours.

I am going to take many many pics tomorrow because we plan on driving to Paris, which will only take 10 hours! Oh well, we will get to see zGerman countryside.

      A friend of mine, Dr. Brown, asked me to help him with something.  He's evidently made a couple modifications to an old sports car and wants me to test drive it for him.  He asked me an odd question that I wanted to get your thoughts on.  He said, "You know Carolina Panther history pretty well, right?"  Then he went into this long gobbledygook speech; something about light speed and gigawatts and butterfly effects. I dunno.  He lost me there.  That's when he asked the odd question.  He said, "If you could change any one instant in Carolina Panther history, ... just ONE, ... what would it be?"  He told me to think about it and I'm supposed to give him an answer tomorrow. Not sure why he wants to know that just so I can test drive his car.  Anyways, I came up with an answer but, before I tell you mine, I thought I'd ask what your answer would be.

      Yeah or some other ridiculous poo like that slapping contest they put on.   I don’t know. I have been watching the NFL since the early 1960s and it won’t be easy but a man can only take so much foolishness.

      Old timer here. Since 2003. Don't come by too often these days. It is hockey playoff season after all. Mostly just read when I do. Pie a lot. Panthers Twitter (never ever X) still quite active. Follow Panthers a lot on YouTube too. This place became toxic for awhile and the shine wore off. Despite Zod not paying attention, I'm glad it's still here. The Tepper/Rhule era was hell. Tried to make the Panthers a college team. Bleh! Thank you to everyone who continues to post. I don't always agree but do appreciate it.  My favorite moment? At a Carolina Huddle tailgate a long, long time ago I met Kurb. At one point in our conversation, he said, "all this time I thought you were a guy!" 😆
