I think Norv would be first in line. Not sure you want to turn Cam over to someone he's buddy buddy with but lacks the experience to run a high octane NFL offense.

I guess it all depends on how much Shula wants to be a HC in college again. If so, being a coordinator at UF is definitely a great path to take. Or if he aspires to be an OC in the NFL, no reason for him to bolt right now. He's just now really getting appreciation for his work with Cam.
