I didn't bother reading any of the replies in this thread except the original post. That being said. I couldn't believe all the knob polishing I was hearing today about The Golden Calf of Bristol. His throwing motion is awful and he is inaccurate. He has good athletic ability and strength, I'll give him that. He reminds me of Michael Vick in his early years, only less athletic

I've actually been pretty impressed with his passing. His mechanics are S L O W as balls but when he gets it off he has pretty nice touch. I don't think he's a superstar or anything but he looks like an NFL qb to me.

But I like what Denver has done with their offense. It is fun and crazy to watch.

I really feel bad for Denver and their fans. There is no way they can keep up the winning with the style of offense they are running, they just are in denial. Just like how the wildcat faded after the first season, this will also be figured out and stopped, more than likely after this season. Unless The Golden Calf of Bristol learns how to throw the ball, and I'm not talking about 10 completions a game, they will be drafting a new quarterback in the next couple of years.

...and better yet, The Golden Calf of Bristol's winning against mediocre teams and mediocre QBs all but mean that Fox is wed to him for another year..doubtful they will be able to get the passing QB that Elway wants.
