Rentors...how much is your rent?

Don't rent but do have rental property, one is Section 8 that goes for $850.00 off old concord road, near UNCC (if anyone is interested, my current tenant lease expires in May) and a house in Matthews (1,200 sq feet) that rents for 1,250, lease expires in September.

yeah I know, this is a shameless self promotion attempting to lure potential renters to the property...meh...I take every opportunity I have available to me

yea, it's fun but i just don't take advantage of it like i used to (8 yrs in)... in addition to looking at bklyn/queens the wife and i are looking at maybe finding a little house with some acreage an hour or so outside the city. i miss trees and gardens and such.

Thats where im from. Westchester County is a great place but VERY expensive.

You should look into Putnam County

Hoping to rent out my house for the DNC for around 5-6k for the week.

Yeah I'm posting my place for 800ish/night since it will be walking distance to everything.

I might be able to get more, but everyone seems to have theirs listed at 1000+ per night. Figure I can stand out a bit if I offer less. Even at $800/night its an absurd amount of money.

If you own it, you are stuck with it. :)

If I were 25, I would definitely rent. Since I am older and married with children, buying is definitely the best option.

stuck with it? I know the market isn't the best...but every penny spent on rent is gone.

    • See that's the thing what I saw in game 2 was so embarrassing id rather they could just forfeit
    • Are you arguing that his height deficiencies and footwork within the pocket have not been a present issue clearly seen on his game tape particularly in the games he struggled in? Because that's simply denying what everyone in this fanbase who have watched the games have seen. It's interesting how hardline BY fans here quickly and effortlessly pivot from whailing about being victimized to becoming the aggressor and hurling out allegations of bias and hatred. And at the end of the day while Bryce Young clearly improved significantly from the first two games of the season the reality of the situation is he still finished 42nd in yards per pass attempt behind Mac Jones and tied with Caleb Williams and 38th in passing yards per game behind the likes of Gardner Minshew Aidan O'Connell Drake Maye and Will Levis. Furthermore it took Bryce Young 23 games to surpass Panthers legend Kyle Allen's 13 games worth of passing yardage in 2019. So if your argument is he became a head and shoulders better passer over the course of the second half of the season the reality is we're still waiting to see that growth this season. And there is nothing controversial or vitriolic about saying so from the mind of a rational observer.
    • Cam regularly threw for less than 200 yards and nobody questioned he was elite. He averaged 219 yds per game for his career.  You seem to be way too hung up on yards as a stat.  By that definition Jameis Winston should have been MVP by now.
