Ahh! Situation...feedback Encouraged

I need to mildly vent so figured anonymously on this board would do the trick:

long story short-

-We met, I took her out, hit it off, found out she was engaged

-The next week, I find out she's un-engaged; I decide to play the helpful/change things up type for her

-She becomes super attached, fun, but always down/sad however never with this guy (me)

-She's always touchy feely just with me in public and private, we record music together on and on

-Now I don't want to be in a murky situation so back off, then she wants even more time with me

-She knows from the get-go I was digging her...I tell her I'm in to her

-She gives her ex back his ring, everything cell phone, leaves the apartment, tells him she's done for good

-Now they are completely done, all post-break up events have taken place

-One minute I hate her, the next its the opposite

-She opens up about a ton, I know fuggin all about her blah blah...she's not a slut, claims she waits until months into a situation before ....I basically know her life bookend to bookend now (ugh)

-She constantly is texting, calling, and just the two of us will end up drinking for a night rather than going out

-She knows I want it, she needs some, but I don't wanna be a rebound...so my idiot self sets her up with someone else and tell her to go have fun; she "stays" with him after date 1 (she handpicks the guy and she's the aggressor, claims they just made-out)

-She knew I was mad before I even said anything...I confront her

-Now, I don't wanna f*ck up what we have, she knows I want more than friends, and tells me to be patient and is openly not throwing that out of the equation...but not right now

-She claims she's attracted to me, but doesn't want me to see "it" coming (she wants the control)

-She given me literally all of the more than friend signs but something tells me not to make a move

-She's planning things with me for weekends, hell even the summer when we'll be 2,000 miles away

Again, I'm not trying to start anything right now, but this has engulfed me and is pissing me off. Every damn minute she is in communicato....she knows I want more, she wants me to wait...I'm gone in a month and 2 weeks.

Should I just make the move or consider this a bad clinger situation and look elsewhere? Also, I think I should just call her out and ask why she let me take her out when we first met when she was still engaged.

Naw, she's not screwing other guys....she saw some cute random guy and I got her girlfriend to introduce her...after one f*cking movie date at the guys place (which my idiot self encouraged), she said she spent the night (she was actually sick), I confront her, she gives me the whole we just made out and then the whole "be patient, I don't want you to see it coming" shpeel. I call her out as using me as a trampoline back into the market and she completely denies it....that's where we're at...its 8:08 and I've gotten 5 texts since 7 AM. god dammit
