Would You Be Mad At Micheal Floyd At 9?

I see your a Floyd Fan boy but D Jarret had the same skills as Floyd and better numbers coming out of USC.

You don't know neither do I who will develop into what. What we do know is Lafell and Gettis are already on the team they should be given the chance to develop.

I'm not a Floyd fan. I want Couples. You comparing apples to oranges. Look at Floyd body and technique and then look at VJax. Only difference is 2 inches and 10lbs.

And you see a difference?

Yes, two totally different WRs. The highest DJ jumped was like 10 inches. I did not see great body control from DJ and most of the catches hit him directly in the chest. Floyd had to adjust in mid air to poorly thrown balls. Most of the balls caught by Floyd were with his hands and not chest. Floyd weighted 20lbs more than DJ while 1 inch shorter and runs much much faster.

Whatever dude. There is not much difference Floyd is a normal Wr you can get next year or the year after that. We don't need him and plus he has a drinking problem.

We don't have a need of a WR. He's not even BPA at #9.

Yes, we have a need. Our #1 WR is 33 and should be in the slot. Our #2 WR is coming off ACL surgery and was never in the top 50% of WRs in the NFL, and our #3 WR had a solid season last year.

Why do some think that we need 3 RBs and 3 WRs when we sometimes have 3 WRs on the field at the same time? We fell off in the third and fourth quarters last year. Lafell, Naanee and Smith were in the top five in the division in number of snaps. After running routes the entire game, were they getting separation at the end of the game?

You need a rotation, you need the ability to create matchup problems. A true #1 would allow us to move Smitty inside where he can catch over the middle, block, and avoid double teams. Lafell and Gettis could rotate in at #1 and split #2 duties. Thinking that a 33-year old 5' 8.5" WR can be a solid #1 is wishful thinking. Want to see how good Cam can really be? Give him a Floyd or Hill out there.
