The Official Nfl Nike Uniforms, Merchandise, Etc...thread

I don't think some of you heard Jerry Richardson.

He OWNS the team, and he said, the Panthers are not changing the uniforms. Not to black. Not to all black. Not to black helmets. No changes. Okay? So it doesn't matter what some Elon tweeter writes, and it doesn't matter that the GIANTS equipment managers says, for crying out loud

Jerseys are up on NikeStore.com. $100 for "Game" (fan replica), $135 for "Limited" (premium), and $250 for "Elite" (Authentic).

Game will be up for pre-order on the 15th, Limited not until June 29th, and Elite will be available April 27th.

The Game jersey looks horrible, will wait for Limited.

Wow, they look terrible. Looks like what you'd see in the generic section of Dick's Sporting Goods or Wal-Mart. Even the Elite look like crap.

Thinking I'm gonna buy an old reebok jersey before they are gone forever. No way I'm ever buying one of those new things. I'm not gonna spend hundreds of dollars for a jersey, and I sure as heck ain't spending a hundred for a t-shirt. Wonder if Nike will be able to sustain that or if they will be forced to make the replicas similar to what Reebok was doing.

Feel bad for all the folks who were waiting for the new Nike jerseys to come out to get a Cam jersey . They were making a smart choice and Nike screwed them over. Glad I got mine, Nike certainly hasn't made the best impression today. Greedy is the first adjective that comes to mind.

Frankly, if this were coming from someone credible on this board, I may take it to heart. But if we're being honest, I've read most of what you've posted and your opinion on me just doesn't mean anything. It's like having a heavy metal fan tell you you don't have great taste in music.

    • LaMelo to Brooklyn for Nic Claxton, Drake Powell, and a pick.  Who says no?
    • Appreciate you, brother!  I know it was lengthy, but I felt whoever actually read it would appreciate it.
    • Damn good take, brother.  I think I take that poo personally because (sidebar: I don’t like to use narcissist often because social media has made it a buzzword and diluted the meaning, so when I use it, I don’t take it lightly) I grew up in a home with a raging narcissist, then married a narcissist and just came out of a divorce after a 20 year marriage with her, where afterwards she met and married another narcissist.🤣  And in my dealings with them, over my 41 years on this earth, at times I took great delight in breaking down their arguments point by point and forcing them to either acknowledge their wrongs and take ownership of them or watch them yammer and stammer away when they ran out of lies and excuses.  At various points, that was extremely satisfying, but ultimately, which I’ve realized especially after the last 3 years and going through the divorce and everything, it does NOTHING to them.  It doesn’t affect them one way or another.  For a logical, reasonable, grounded person, you would think calling them in their poo will bring it to their attention when they’re face when nothing but facts and truth and force them to change, but nope.  Not in the slightest.  They just disassociate from the ones who do that and find more people who will validate their behaviors and thinking.  poo pisses me off because they’re so destructive and couldn’t care less so long as their needs are met.
