In And Out Burger

I like the little steak and shake burgers too.

I've never had In N Out burgers, but I imagine it's a hipster thing that doesn't make any sense. Like drinking PBR.

I went out of my way on my trip home this weekend to stop by steak and shake. I've only eaten there a few times but there is something about the western burger dipped in buffalo sauce.

Had an In and Out burger in Vegas a month ago but don't remember what it tasted like. I know I had one from the reminants on my shirt and the receipt in my pocket the next morning.

On a realted note....Scott Van Pelt was asking all his guests which burger was the best awhile back and Jay Bilas was one of them. He said that on the West Coast In and Out was the best but the best one in the country is Bad Daddy's in Charlotte and they are about to really start expanding. Can anyone confirm or deny the claim that they are the best? I know there is one in the airport now but I didn't have time to check it out. Not really a burger guy anyway.

I love a Bison burger. Never had a bad one. I think that is why I no longer like regular burgers. The taste is so much better and I don't feel like I am going to sh*t myself after.

The appeal of In and Out is the quality ingredients. Its a pretty simple straightforward burger but the lettuce, tomato, and other veggies actually taste fresh and the burger is decent quality. Good value overall and blows your typical fast burger chains away.

Yoshinoya is what you needed to see, not In n Out burger. Five Guys> In N Out any day of the week.

The appeal of In N Out is it's great quality ingredients, it's affordable, and you don't have to throw a bunch of poo on your burger to disguise the terrible taste.

Their menu is simple because everything is so good. You don't need buffalo sauce, bacon, mushrooms, barbeque sauce, onion rings, or any other topping to mask the shitty taste of whatever burger you are eating. At In N Out, you can get a double double plain and it's still going to taste great.

Service is always good as well. Plus you can get a burger, fries, and a drink for $7 bucks.

I promise you can't find something that good, that quality, for that price anywhere else.

If you didn't like In N Out, you probably just fuged up your order somehow.

As a lifelong Cali guy, I can say In-N-Out is good, but nothing special. It's just fast food. Like I've had some east coast guys I know say I HAVE to go to White Castle, and then other native east coasters say they are kinda meh.

I will say that if you are in northern Cali you HAVE to go to Black Bear Diner though. For $8 you'll get a breakfast that Jeff Otah couldn't finish, and it is top quality food.

I prefer dives for my burgers.

There is a place off of Carolina Beach Road in ILM that has a really good one. Cooked on a flat top, really soft steamed buns, good lettuce and tomato...can't remember the name though.

Maybe Franks Diner or something like that.
