All depends if he starts to be honest.

If he starts, there is no reason he won't reach 100+ tackles.

I wouldn't put him at four sacks because he hasn't phenomenal pass rushing ability, I would however give him two to three interceptions because he is a great cover linebacker and should be matching up against the opposing teams tight end.

If I had to guess...

If he starts I see 110-115 tackles, 75-80 solo tackles, 25-30 assisted tackles, 1-2 forced fumbles, 1-3 sacks, 2-4 interceptions.

If he doesn't start, then it's a completely different story.

well he's supposed to be the next urlacher so it's pretty reasonable to expect something very similar to 8 sacks, 2 picks and over 100 tackles

A hundred tackles is a pretty good benchmark for success as a starter. sacks depends entirely on how much rivera and mcdermott send him on blitzes (and how much they blitz in general.) way too many undecided factors to make much more than a wild guess at this juncture.
