He is mentioned in this NFL.com article about the UDFAs with most potential to succeed. I agree. He can run sub-4.4 & has the most potential of any of the young WRs (not named LaFell, Gettis, Adams); + he plays special teams. I think the last roster spot for WRs will be this guy or Manno.

Panthers WRs going into the season (IMO): Smith, LaFell, Gettis, Pilares, Adams, Green/Manno.
