Malcolm Jenkins Beaten By A High Schooler

According to Harper, on the first play, Jenkins knocked the ball down. Jenkins 1, Dajon 0. On the second play, the kid made a catch in the back of the end zone. Jenkins 1, Dajon 1. Here is the third and deciding play:

Dusted.

Good laugh at the taints on a slow off season day.

And Pat Y has him ranked 20th in the NFCS and Gamble 26th....

I know gamble just missed the list but really? Malcolm jenkins beat him out? I wish Gantt would just write everything panthers related, only guy not completely retarded.

What's even worse in my eyes is he had Beason ranked the spot behind Jenkins. If the ranking is for last season, the write up even admitted Jenkins wasn't very good last year. If it's for this coming season (which is what I think is the case) there's no way Jenkins is better than Beason. Beason is a perennial Pro Bowler, consensus top 3 MLB in the game, some would say #2 (even discounting Panther homers). Jenkins is a solid starter. No comparison.

Hell man if you read the comments on Jenkins the Saints** fans even admitted he was overrated. BUT read the Comments on Beason and every fan base was shocked he was so low. Which actually shocked me the Bucs/FalCons/Saints** fans could do that but hey it is Beason.

In all fairness, does anyone actually think Malcom Jenkins is going 100% here? I know if I were in the same situation as him..I'd probably let the kid win...as it seems to be some kind of football camp anyways..

    • I don’t think we would spend that kind of money on a LB that can’t play all 3 downs. It said he played 331 coverage snaps last year and only gave up one TD so him not being a coverage LB seems kinda like BS?
    • Moton should be back in 27 just due to the guarantees. I can't see us cutting him and eating that cap hit. Trade might be a bit different, but how many teams trade for 20m tackles?  I wouldn't be surprised to see us take 2 this year, 1 in the first and one in the 4th that has potential to play inside if they don't develop as quickly. Our line is awfully thin atm with the unknown injury Hunt got during the postseason. Even if Hunt's ok, we still lack depth. I could see is walking away from this draft with 2 tackles and a center, especially if we move down to pick up an extra 3rd or 4th.
    • He was so up and down for 4 seasons. They declined his 5 year option for a reason  Oloukon has been their LB1.  Evero loves to send pressure so my guess is if Lloyd is going to be used a 3 down back here he’ll be blitzing on 3rd down a lot. Would’ve liked to have signed someone a lot quicker if that’s the case. Lloyd isn’t very explosive. Used to be
