The biggest problem with Armanti...

Point taken. But not saying he is worse the. Armanti, just that they have looked the same outside of one punt return. People like to forget but Armanti had one or 2 decent punt returns his first year in the pre-season. I admit that Adams is shiftiness, but if that doesn't lead to more yards on the field then it's irrelevant. Hopefully it does however.

Adams has a grand total of 9 PRs this preseason...

34, 20, 18 were some of his returns.....what preseason did Armanti do that? Yardage wise, Adams has been better.

Who said to cut him?

CSX, I know you didn't say cut him, I would assume it is implied. If we keep Adams but let Edwards catch punts, what is Adams going to do? He sure as hell isn't going to be a Gunner on kickoffs. Why keep a guy if he has no role on this team?

We can't keep everybody. The dead weight has got to go.

Now again...how many career receptions does Edwards have?

I can't wait for Armanti to be cut so that these tree-hugging inbred App State fanboys will go poison some other team's thread. That is, if another team decides to even take a chance on the waste of space he is.

You might have missed the irony in the fact that your post is keeping the Armanti poison flowing through the veins of this message board........

Did y'all read what he told Person last night after the game?

LOL - he sounds real enthusiastic about playing in the NFL.

Meh, sounded more like a bubble player understanding the nature of the beast and the position he finds himself in.

Edwards has seen a lot of guys get cut after being here 2 full seasons. Knows those calls come

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
