I was attacked at work today

He was being boarded.

So the deal is, his owner got the dog from her grown son. The son raised the dog and then it became hers. Get this, the dogs name is "Trouble", they said they named him that because he was always hyper and getting into stuff and hard to control. The owner said the Trouble never has bit anyone. I found out today that the owner takes good care of the dog's health, she always makes sure he has everything he needs but she has decided to get rid of him because she cant handle him. Apparently, She lives out by herself with no neighbors and the only visitors she has is a few friends & mostly family. The dog doesn't get much human contact. When the owner was contacted about the attack, she mentioned that it could have been brought on because he is not used to being around white people.

As far as animal control goes, I cant do anything. My hands are tied. Animal control will put him in quarantine for 10 days and decide from there to return the dog to the owner or not.

Get better quick LIAG! I've always loved MY dogs growing up and all, but I've always been REALLY scared of other people's dogs for this very reason. I read an article once on what to do if a dog attacks you. It said the best thing you can do is not look them in the eye, guard your face/throat, and turn away from them and wait for them to leave. Sorry, once the teeth come out, I'm running and pissing.

Get well! Dogs can be vicious!

My ex-fiancee had to ahve an Old English Sheepdog. On our way to look at the litter, I asked her if she knew how to pick a puppy. I told her that you don't pick a puppy, you let it pick you. She got angry with me. We got there and she looked them over and what did she do. Picked the one that had the best sheepdog markings. And to boot, when I asked to see the parents, the breeder said that the we could see the female dog, but the male dog would rip us to bits. (RED FLAG!) I pulled her to the side and said we needed to keep looking. Did she take any of my advice? NO. (Dunb C***)

We had him about a year and she was trying to get him inside for the night, he attacked her. I was already in my bed and all I heard was this snarling and growling and she's running for her bedroom! I grabbed my gun and figured it was trouble. Next thing I know is the dog is on my bed, wagging it's butt, rolling on the side for me to pet it! When I asked her what happened, she said she grabbed his collar to get him in and he went midevil on her @**! (Dog had good taste!)

I had to take him to the vet and have him put down. (I should have kept the dog and had her put down! :D ) A few months later I got rid of her too.

Thanks y'all.

I got my sutures removed on Friday and the doctor is concerned that I have a infection and/or ruptured tendon in 2 places on top of my hand. I cant close my hand or make a fist, it's pretty painful at times. Dr is sending me to a specialist and says this is not a good thing and could require surgery to fix. :(
