Week 4 Bold Predictions

What have you seen that convinces you we can beat them?

A QB that has the ability to throw and run.

A stud WR that has game changing ability on his hot days.

A talented number 2 WR that can come through in the clutch.

A underused TE who can cause problems.

2 stud RB

A FB with good receiving abilities.

A Oline that can play better than they have shown last week

A OC who needs to get his head out of his ass.

A D that is easier to score on than the town slut.

Any given fuging Sunday the true Panther offense we know they can be can show up. Maybe the D can close their legs a couple drives and say no. Upsets happen.

It's homerism to think without a doubt the Panthers are going to win. I don't think it is homerism to think this team is capable of beating the Falcons even when the Falcons are playing their best too. We seen what this offense can do when they are clicking. They can put up points. It's just a matter if the offense will show up and if the D can get a couple of stops.

Falcons will score a hundred bazillion qaudrillion points, all the Falcon cheerleaders will beg "Matty" to "take them" in the middle of the field. Atlanta is unbeatable , unstoppable even.... there going to wear their red helments (there dynamite when they wear those),cancel the superbowl the Falcons have been annointed Champions by Panther nation! ...not to mention everyone at ESPN...... (end tirate) Some of you are unreal.

Carolina 28

Atlanta 24

    • Some fun facts on last nights game.
    • I was reading through the thread seeing if someone would mention this. This is exactly what the Canes are doing and Tripp Tracy alluded to it on the Spittin Chiclets podcast when he said Taylor Hall was our Sam Bennett. The Canes and Panthers have always played identical with the main difference being Florida toes the line between physical and dirty. The Canes have stepped up the physical play this year and are inching closer to that line of physical and dirty. If I’m being honest, as a Montreal fan I wouldn’t love the fact that the Canes seem to be targeting Hutson but as a Canes fan I love it because this is what you have to do in the playoffs. Unfortunately for Montreal they aren’t an overly physical team outside of Anderson and Xhekaj; only the Avs, Stars, and Sabres average less hits per game than Canadians in the playoffs. The Canadians can still make this a series if they stop playing scared and turning the puck over simply because they are getting elite goaltending while the Canes are getting average goaltending but if the Habs continue to play with the yips and either Andersen steps up or Dobes regresses then this series could end in five.
    • I guessed Andy Reid too on that Price is Right. As if I had any idea….
